Izabela is an excellent communicator and organizer. She kept me the hiring loop throughout, and also in the induction phase. She is very focused and provided clarity to my many questions. I rate Izabela highly. The one area that I would ask Miller Leith to improve is the documentation of the onboarding process. It's complicated and the flow of the process is not clear to me. I could help you with that. No organization and no individual is perfect.
