Recruitment process was smooth. On my very first day of the first assignment with a client, I encountered a bad experience with the accommodation, whereby I was ready to leave, given the nasty attitude by the administration staff in the front desk, which was opposite to the expected WACHS Delivery of good Health Service to all. I then contacted Collar Group, explained to Jeane Seducon, who has always been supportive, proactive and efficient in handling staff matters and the accommodation matter was sorted promptly, an alternative accommodation organised and I was able to continue to fulfil my assigned duties. That is satisfactory, instead of being labelled or victimized, which wouldn't concern me in any way. Feedback is vital from staff when sent to various sites, so as to address such matters before they become pandemic, with staff refusing to go such places in future, and nurses in particular, must be encouraged to speak out.
