Jodie was absolutely instrumental in securing the Technology Trainer position at Thomson Geer. From the first time she contacted me, she provided incredible guidance, and throughout the entire intake process, her support was even more incredible.
One of the most fantastic aspects of working with Jodie was the exceptional interview preparation she provided. She went above and beyond by detailing exactly what the interview would focus on, highlighting the need to showcase technical experience, a service-oriented approach to user support, and the ability to communicate concepts to non-technical audiences. She outlined specific preparation topics and strategic questions to ask, which built a great deal of confidence heading into the meeting.
Beyond the preparation, Jodie maintained excellent, proactive communication. She consistently provided updates during the process, ensuring there was no radio silence while waiting for the firm to conclude its final interviews and complete reference checks.
