Did well and was good at communicating. Some how we were misaligned on start dates with the candidate but don't know why so don't think it was necessarily rare kind's fault

Kara has been perhaps the only recruiter I've worked with that has actually cared. That's probably the best way I can sum it up. I am extremely grateful for her approach and thoroughness. I was in a tough spot in my career and without Kara's help, I would probably have been stuck in the same rut.
In my experience, most recruiters are difficult to get a hold of and tend to absolutely disappear on you and stop responding to calls and emails. Working with Kara was a refreshing change from that I would definitely recommend her.
