In my experience, I was not actively looking for a job but Kayla called me with two opportunities in an industry I was interested in coincidentally. The whole entire process of her communication, guidance and care was evident throughout the process. I'm really thankful and appreciative of Kayla and she has followed up with me to see how I am after I secured the role (which is really thoughtful considering most recruiters just leave you alone).
