Initially I was a bit hesitant, being my 1st agency contract in many years i had many questions and Kelly was busy. However, when she had some time, she would call and text and reassure me. Answered all my questions. What she promised, she delivered, including swift reimbursment for our travel expenses and accomodation. Thats worth a lot. Thanks Kelly and Kharen.
