Being new to the city, I was overwhelmed by how much bigger it is than my hometown of approx 100k people, and I felt anxious about finding a job. Shaney made the whole process so simple, I felt she understood what I was looking for. I trusted that I would be walking into a business with lovely people to work with, and I was right. Shaney was super helpful and understood what I need to know in order to be ready for the interview. She made sure to communicate it effectively and offered extra resources that I could use to ensure I was ready to go for the interview. She made sure to check up on me before and after interview to see how it went and also made sure to reach out to let me know as soon as she heard back from the employer so that I wasn't waiting for weeks for a response. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for employment as she goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure that you are able to find employment as well as making sure that you are well prepared for the interview. She is also super transparent about what to expect and is always happy to answer any questions you may have before the interview regarding the company, and how to approach preparing for the interview. On-top of this she is very caring and understanding about how nerve racking the interview process can be at times and always willing to check on you to ensure you aren't feeling overwhelmed.
