It was great working with Krisma in helping us find the suitable Site Manager we were after due to the complexity of the jobs that we do. We had asked for several options sent out progressively as they became available. Within less than a week , Krisma sent us one individual's profile who perfectly matched the criteria we were after. We immediately approved the presented option and begun working towards engagement.
The Site Manager has been great to work with on site. He is extremely communicative in a good way. He kept us up to date with what was happening on site each day and most of the time whenever a major milestone was reached. He embraced our use of Site Technology and ran the job smoothly on site from Health and Safety, Quality, Details to Programme. He is also very cost conscious which helped ensure that the budget was met.
I also appreciated being able to sit down with Krisma and chat about the project and the individual we had selected before we kicked things off on site. It was also great to see Krisma and her colleague on site once things kicked off so they could understand our project better.
Krisma was responsive, easy to deal with and has a welcoming personality which suits her line of work. Great work Krisma!
