Kristina was very supportive with my move and interest in change. She understood the challenge moving to a new job after being in the current job for a few years. She checked in after all interview meetings as well as ahead of the next one. Plus she was patient when we played phone tag few times due to work meetings and kept everything confidentiality which I really appreciated.
