Lauren was so welcoming, warm and friendly in my interview and completely put me at ease upon meeting her. Lauren was very knowledgeable in how my skills could transfer into the role she was recruiting for and made sure it would be the right fit for both the business and myself. Throughout the interview process she was professional, understanding and made such a great impression representing Itch. Lauren's communication after the interview was nothing short of amazing. She kept me up to date in where my application was, the next stage in the process and ensured I was happy to proceed.
