Honestly, Liam changed my understanding of how powerful recruiters can be. Liam had such a good understanding of his clients, their defined needs and their undefined needs that any match I had for an interview was well worthwhile. His clients told me how much they appreciate him and I found myself agreeing, as Liam did more than interview and exchange information, he also made sure what he was doing was helping my career and gave me the confidence to go after it. I really look forward to working with Liam again (hopefully this time as a hirer!)
