One of the most notable aspects of this recruitment process was the clarity and transparency demonstrated at every stage — from the role and leadership expectations to the organisational values, process, and next steps. This reflected a high level of professionalism, alignment, and consistency between the recruiter, the recruitment agency, and the organisation itself. Throughout the process, the phrase “finding the right person, the right fit” was often mentioned. While it may sound familiar, it was evident that this principle genuinely guided the interactions and conversations, reinforcing the authenticity of the organisation’s approach to recruitment.
