I initially reached out to Lizzy to find out what the market was doing at the end of the year, and if there was opportunities for growth. Lizzy and I met for coffee and instantly clicked. She understood exactly what I was looking for in a workplace, and my challenges with my current workplace.
She didnt hesitate to get my profile out there, and facilitate the handling of my CV, interviews and communications.
Despite my recruitment process taking a while due to Christmas break, she handled it like a pro, made me feel comfortable, and encouraged me when I felt like an imposter.
I have landed my dream role at a firm that I believe really aligns with my values & hopes for my future.

Lizzy demonstrated a positive and engaging communication style and did an excellent job considering this was her first placement. She brought us two of the strongest candidates for the role and went above and beyond to ensure the candidates felt supported and their expectations were met throughout the process.
Our only improvement we'd suggest is trying to ensure all follow up questions are covered off at the same time, to reduce the follow up after offer stage.
