Lucy is a diamond!!! It's not usual these days for a recruiter to really go to bat for you and encourage the hiring manager to understand the benefits of hiring a mature candidate with experience that goes beyond the job remit. Lucy did this for me and I'll be forever grateful. Her emotional intelligence and empathy are outstanding.
