My experience with Thomas executive was 100% my most highly regarded recruitiment experience in my professional career. I had the pleasure of dealing with Maikol, from my initial phone interview he made the experience very comfortable, his warm personality made the experience so much easier. From there he was quick to advise my CV was sent on to the client and he would keep me up to date with the next steps and he kept to that commitment. When I was fortunate enough to recieve the opportunity for an interview he called me the morning of the interview to check how I was feeling and how prepared I was, he had Nathan with him who gave me a further understanding of the client and role I was interviewing for. Maikol also called me after my interview to check in on how I felt I went and again advise me of what to expect going forward and expected time frame for the next steps. I went through to reference checks, once Maikol had spoken to my references he texted me personally some kind words. I then received the role. Maikol stayed in contact the whole time, gave me a very warm congratulations and again kept open communication with when the client had sent my contact and documents for me to sign. I have never had such an engaging experience whilst seeking new work, Maikol provided such a personalised experience and I am very grateful for my experience with Thomas executive.
