After being told by a couple of other recruiters “I’ll get back to you today…” and then “I’ll get back to you this week…” Mark Appleby of Buckmaster Hawkey literally found me my ideal agency not even 5 minutes after our discovery meeting, true story, we met by FaceTime and he called me a few minutes later with “Christian I have an interview for you, I think you would work well together”. This was a couple of weeks ago, I’m now working at my ideal office in my ideal destination!

service is and has been good. although not guaranteed on employing as most are not transparent. also feel that we as the employer must lower requirements to enable to fill a position. 15% on wages and that is on super also is very expensive.

Yes temps allow you to try them out before you commit to hiring them permanently, whilst still interviewing other candidates in the meantime, this ensures your clients are still being serviced without adding workload/stress to your existing team. Yes the shorter the notice period given of the temp needing to start means the shorter the pool of candidates available and vice versa. Glad the temp we had with you was re-booked a 2nd time and was available for the dates you needed. Yes, casual loading for the real estate award is 25%, as there is no commitment or guarantee of working period for the temps and you dont need to pay annual leave, personal or public holiday leave.
