Michael is the first recruitment consultant who has actually ever provided a candidate that match the job description and qualification requirements. Heat Pump Engineers are hard to come by and often their skill-set is misunderstood. Michael provided candidates that had actual experience, and the correct qualifications - I nearly fell off my chair!
