Michelle was amazing at understanding my strengths and providing me with options for employment. Michelle considered the importance of a cultural fit for me and also showed me other types of employment like contract work which helped me understand how I can create more flexibility around when I want to work and enjoy my time between contracts to travel. I have a full time job now but have a sense of comfort that if I were to make a career move that Michelle would support that move and assist in finding the right place.
