I have recently worked with Natalie as a candidate in a recruiting initiative for a major financial institution. Natalie’s dedication, professionalism and attention to detail were a key factor on the positive outcome of this process.
There are several reasons why I would be happy to recommend Natalie to anyone considering working with her, but I would like to take a minute to elaborate on a couple:
Her Communication Skills. From the first contact Natalie was honest and forthcoming about the offer she was approaching me about, about the client and about why she considered I was a good fit. I work in a highly specialised field with a reasonably saturated market so I am used to be contacted by recruiters from time to time and Natalie’s first comm felt reasoned and deliberate in a way that is quite unusual. After that, Natalie kept me updated on every step of the process, answered all my questions and went out of her way to make sure there were not any gaps in understanding between be and the hiring institution.
Her preparedeness. Natalie is very knowledgeable of the market, but even important, she works very hard to understand both what the position requires and what the candidate needs and makes sure the match is seamless. She understood the process of the employer very well and made sure I was ready to put my best foot forward in every step. For almost every stage of the process she provided helpful notes, briefings, session summaries and resources that were incredibly helpful.
On top of that, Natalie is incredibly easy to work with. Her availability, positive attitude and caring approach made for a very positive and stress free experience.
