I applied for one role, but was lacking construction experience, rather than just ignoring my resume, Newton saw that my skill set would be a good fit for another roll which just opened up. As such Newton / Declan followed this through with the company & after a discussion with myself arranged an interview for the next day. After following through with reference checks I started the roll in the following week. This shows that these recruiters have great insight into what their clients are looking for in a candidate & also able to identify these skills which are embedded within a resume.

Sean was professional and really understood his clients need's and my own to bring us together.
He kept me updated at each step and were a delay due to travel or otherwise, he made sure to advise me rather than go quiet.
