Paul has excellent understanding of the construction and engineering industry. Regrettably, I did not end up accepting the role Paul presented to me. He kept his professionalism and provided me genuine, constructive career advice while not being pushy, which I appreciated very much. I enjoyed my experience with ECi Executive, they are one of the top recruitment agencies that I have dealt with so far. Highly recommended.
