Rene Skipper,trouble,cancels shifts if you ask for more,if you question anything,suddenly shifts are cancelled,you cant text,have to ring,either way she never gets back to you,got fired for ringing up 2hrs before a shift,with a CERTFICATE as she had given my shifts to another girl as she told me,she asks why i want a day off for whats the reason,and questions it whilst she has had annual leave,personal leave every other week,she gives 5shifts to 1person and 1shift to the other,she favours aimee,megan,chantelle,allways getting 5shifts every week,no matter how much you work,sweep glass all night not enough,the smokers go out all night haveing smokes lazey,Rene has a great reputation in the gawler northern barossa area,went to other agencys and theyve all heard about her and how many people shes fired or disheartened them with no ongoing work,shes a pathological liar,she says orrora management ask for certain people,when Ive asked nanagers there and theyve said no not at all,she says she doesnt do the roster,well when ive been at fuse,it looks like Rene,sounds like Rene and she gets the laptop out and suddenly a shift pops up right before your very eyes!!wowzer,shes allways nice as pie in person,but completely cold and hard and rude on the phone,hence now all the workers at fuse now act just like rene,rude,sharp and non interested,what happened to Rebecca Groecke,she was a star,so pleasant to deal with,Renes a liar and she favours people and doesnt realise they ALL dislike her.but hey we gotta get $and like I said if you say your unhappy and you want more shifts all of a sudden your shifts get canned,very coincodental,everyone says the same!the managers allways saying Rene cant do her job,youre either there and you get a mesage,can you work today and youre allready there!lftt 1job,she is very rude,she gives favourtisim even when I said this person is getting 6shifts a week and you can only do 3in a row which is 36hrs she still was giveing her 6shifts in a row,obviously Rene doesnt care about fatigue in shift work and 72hrs straight in a row,soo dum,but We have to remember we work our asses off so Rene can get some of the moey we make for herself.Shes not compasdiobate,has no empathy,no cans of carefactor,and is beligerent towards anyones feedback,wont listen to it,shel cancel your shifts to control your livelyhood.shes a control freak and in charge of our mortgages,bills and lives,she has no idea how many people shes hurt,near destroyed and offended time and time again,Kerry franz was 100%on her job .different human all together.Rene has a reputation of being shit at her position and how shes treated soo many people,let me ask,woukd you like someone like this working as your manager? shes cold,hard,rude and cakculateing in how she treats people.How can some people get 5shifts per week and others get 1,yet the people with 5shifts go out all night haveing smokes and bludgeing sitting down all night and the real workers get fa! Il be takeing this further,as she doesnt understand how many peoples lives shes ruined.Glad Im not at fuse recruitment anymore.I am actually alot happier,dont have to stress every week wether ive got any shifts or wether Renes in a physco mood and wonder how many shifts youl get from Mrs Precious!.
