Regan was incredibly proactive from our very first chat, and I immediately felt heard when I spoke about my frustrations with finding work. He put in so much effort getting my name out there, and within just two days I had interviews lined up — something I honestly didn’t expect so quickly. Throughout the process, Regan was always approachable, responsive, and genuinely supportive.
