Rikki is one of those recruiters you know really wants to help you out because that's what he's passionate about. From the start, you know he understands who you are and what you're striving towards, and you can rely on him to give you no-nonsense information and feedback. He's dependable, goes through a great deal of effort to provide the best information he can, and is generally a delight to interact with. His approach to delivering feedback and coaching on the interview process, in general, is wonderfully constructive and takes into account the many different nuances involved. I can only say positive things about Rikki.
