Rupsha is an excellent communicator always ahead of any questions, rapid in ending strong candidates and preparing them excellently for interviews. She takes time to understand clients and it shows in her candidates.

Terrible experience, felt forced to take a job that paid lower than what I was after and then the job itself was extremely different to what had been advertised and discussed.
