Sam was excellent to work with. He was transparent about the process he adopts in placing candidates and never strayed from that process. He emphasises confidentiality and finding the right fit for the candidate rather than simply executing on a placement. He is also responsive and takes time to meaningfully engage at each step of the recruitment process. I highly recommend Sam and Chisholm Clarke.

I had a really great experience working with Sam Lindsay from Chisholm Clarke throughout my recruitment process in Christchurch. From the get go, Sam took the time to get to know me. His initial introduction and information gathering process was thorough and thoughtful, which meant he was able to present a robust search plan that encapsulated my goals. Sam was exceptional to work with. He listened to what I was looking for, regularly found great opportunities to consider, and his communication was excellent. A lot of recruiters push you to accept any role so they get their commission, but it felt like Sam genuinely had my interests at heart.
