We engaged the services of Attract People through Sam. He was delivered the same brief that we had been given to other high profile recruiters in Brisbane and AU, however Attract People were to only ones able to delivered on the request. What we can see from our time working with many recruiter, is that there are two types. Most are simply resume chuckers, where they simply send anything across without care or relevance for the candidate of brief. This unfortunately represents about 90% of the recruiters we have worked with and even the ones are apparently "validated" buy "trusted" sources. The other type are ones who partner with your business to match the right candidate for the right role and company. This is where Attract people excel. No fancy BS just eagerness to get the job done. As such I am very eager to recommend Attract people and Sam to all my network as the recruitment industry needs more good people.
