I joined Collar in January 2023. Started shift before the onboarding process was complete which caused delayed payment and I didn’t get paid for my first shift. Hopefully, I’ll get paid soon. Haven’t recieved any welcome pack or the uniform yet even though it was sent through express post before my first shift.
