Sarah really takes the time to understand the requirements and nuances of the role, and gets a really good sense of the candidates that she speaks to to understand the fit. She's a great people person and looks for a really strong match before putting candidates forward. She also listens to feedback as you go through the process to refine the search. She is great to work with.
