Website I had to create an account with was almost impossible to use. Took me a week to be able to set up an account and I can't change my name, even though it's incorrect in the system. Have to jump through hoops to do the simplest task online. Extremely frustrating and keep giving contradictory info to what I'm being told by my employer, but also tell me not to contact the person I'm meant to speak to directly? Makes no sense
