Although the advertised role was Key Account Manager, I was offered a Key Accounts Associate role which to me signalled that there is career growth opportunity and I appreciate that Stitch Recruitment har put me forward for the role. The key highlight I had from this experience was that Stitch Recruitment had focused the job seeking based on what I liked and my preferences and it wasn't about my previous employer (other recruiters have and it felt a bit odd). I also appreciated the promptness and positive energy from the Stitch recruitment team and although we weren't able to get the salary discussed, I appreciate Rachel for boosting my confidence around it.
