I have plenty to say. Sharon is a complete professional and she made me feel so welcomed In our initial interview. It was really refreshing after such a long time in previous employment. She challenged me but was also so kind. And that’s what I believe every employer should expect from their recruiters. She really wanted to make sure that not only was I the right fit for Snack Out Foods, but they were a fit for me also. And that’s a next level of care. Even if I didn’t land the job, I can assure I’d have her recruit me for other suitable roles. Sharon is an absolute assert. And the fact that she was hired from INTERSTATE speaks volumes.
