Shynata and her colleagues at Karlka did an outstanding job under difficult circumstances. Their recruitment task was complex, requiring them to sift through hundreds of applications. At the same time, Karlka's client (a Federal Government Department) delayed the recruitment process by around 9 months without any explanation and with several false starts. Shynata was put in the difficult position of explaining the unexplainable to the candidates already interviewed and found suitable. She did so in an entirely professional manner, without a hint of frustration with her client. She answered my questions promptly and clearly, as far as she could, given the information available to her. Karlka's patience and discretion make it the ideal recruiter for such Federal government bodies.
