Lookahead was incredibly supportive in my job hunting journey. After I was made redundant, they quickly reached out to me and offered their help. They were helpful in their knowledge of salaries and the market too. Simeon was fantastic and always willing to answer my calls (even on his Friday day off) and promptly checking in after interviews which I very much appreciated.

Simeon is a genuine and kind person who went above and beyond to get me a fantastic role, which I'm still really pleased to be in 6 months in. And as a former developer himself, I felt like Simeon really understood me, and that he had my back. If I had to look for another job, I'd look to Simeon first, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else. I had a great experience working with Simeon and the other recruiters at Lookahead. I was presented with really interesting opportunities and the level of service was excellent especially compared to past experiences with other recruiters. Simeon was my go-to guy and helped me juggle a few opportunities. With his past experience as a developer, he provided a terrific sounding board for evaluating options to build my career, and helped place me in a role I'm really excited about. I appreciated his efficiency and honesty, and how he was always more than happy to seek further clarifications from potential employers when I asked for them.
