Ursula initially connected with me via LinkedIn as i was appriaching the end of my tenure with my previous employer. From the outset, she was proactive and engaged. She arranged a meeting to understand what it was i was looking for in my next role, taking the time to explore my interests, preferred location, and whether i was seekinng a contract or permanent position.
