Services Australia – formerly the Department of Human Services – oversees services including Centrelink and Medicare. The site has information about financial assistance for people affected by COVID-19. You can find out more about the JobSeeker payment, plus there’s a step-by-step guide on how to claim it.
This is the online portal where you can manage your accounts for government services such as Centrelink, Medicare and the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). So, if you’ve looked into what income support you may be eligible for, MyGov is where you can register for a Centrelink account in order to access payments.

There’s a section on coronavirus and Australian workplace laws that covers health and safety at work, taking leave, business closures and ending employment.
