This is what it takes to reshape your career

Tim was a paramedic, Tumo was a teacher. They both loved their jobs and got a lot of satisfaction from the work that they did and the positive impacts they had on people’s lives. But even though both Tim and Tumo enjoyed their jobs, they started wanting something more from their work. 

These are the stories of two individuals who undertook a complete career change and the steps it took to get there.
