    Bussiness needs to engage with workers better and give higher coms as it was capped... other than that its a job to earn money not progress in your career

    Overall experience is good. If you like calling around 300 people a day and saying a pitch, it is a great opportunity for you.
    The good things- great team to work with - supportive team leaders - career growth - tempting salary of $25.26 Per hour
    The challenges- hitting 12 sales a day KPI - very poor training on how to deal with abusive customers - no counsellors available
