    The good thingsSome truly wonderful people work at ANZIIF, making it a very enjoyable, collegiate environment.
    The challengesBeing not-for-profit and poorly led for a while, meant that some executive managers weren't as competent or motivated as they would have been in a corporate environment, but the current CEO is recruiting general managers well, so the leadership culture is changing for the better after a long period of feckless and ineffective senior management under the previous CEO.
