    I wouldn’t be half the broker I am today if it weren’t for my time at Guardian
    The good thingsIn-house training is unparalleled. Great opportunities for progression, great team dynamic, great flexibility and support. Management seem to really value their staff and while their expectations are high, hard work isn’t taken for granted and doesn’t go unrecognised.
    The challengesIntense workload. More than a 9-5 job and not for the faint hearted.

    Guardain is the Best place to work now!
    The good thingsGuardian offers flexible working hours and a great team environment. For the past 12 months it has been really good, as we have a really good team now, and everyone gets on well together, and the Management team - particularly the CEO and the Sales Director - are so great. There is a lot of training carried out, and I have learnt so much working there.
    The challengesThe work is challenging, as we have such diverse clients, but I love it!
