    What’s it like working at Accesspay?

    AI summary of recent reviews

    Employees at Accesspay appreciate their co-workers and the teamwork between teams. The company provides opportunities for continuous learning and stretching one's knowledge in a specific skill set. Additionally, employees value the benefits offered, such as flexible work hours, corporate health insurance, and staff lunches/functions under previous ownership.

    However, there are some potential challenges, including a perceived lack of support and understanding from management, as well as issues with management approachability and retention of good staff. There appears to be a need for improved training, particularly in terms of product knowledge and systems. Certain aspects of the work environment, such as unrealistic KPI expectations, lack of accountability across teams, and a call centre-like atmosphere, have also been identified as potential challenges.

    Great management will make that place an actually good place to work;
    The good thingsMy team members were fantastic and really interesting work (salary packaging).
    The challengesManagement are terrible. Arrogant, indifferent to their staff, never say hello, do NOTHING to retain good and experienced staff, shocking turn over of good staff - including team leaders. Bad pay and newer staff get more then experienced staff.

    Not good.
    The good thingsOffice space is clean and open.
    The challengesNo support. Lack of communication and training. Very frustrating to be a team player when different teams are not held accountable for their roles, but others are put under pressure due to unrealistic KPI expectations.
