    The challengesSevere lack of competent leadership, people holding onto knowledge rather than sharing it so they can feel needed, non existent HR department and a sense you've traveled back 20 years when it comes to equality. The egos in that building are sensational. Do yourself a favour and just join the public service.

    I overall enjoyed my time at ActewAGL.
    The good things- Kind staff - Rewarding work. - Pay is very good considering the work. - Inclusive work environment. I felt like I was very much part of the team. It is an inclusive environment that made me enjoy coming to work a little more.
    The challenges- Other staff sometimes lack the necessary competencies to operate in their roles efficiently - Break times when working in the call centre are strict but necessary
