    The good thingsThe opportunity to learn in depth about the destinations you work with, to see bigger picture thinking regarding conservation/sustainability in travel, passionate staff that want you to be the best, travel and experiences that are life changing and growth/development opportunities if you want it.
    The challengesThe hours can be long as in any sales role but the benefits are worth it, to become your own brand involves investing in yourself and your future. Managing expectations and dealing with the public can be a challenge but it has helped me become even more resilient after the last couple of years in limbo.
