    I have enjoyed my short time with Affinity and am looking forward to what evolves from this relationship.
    The good thingsI work with a wonderfully supportive Management team and teaching team. There are opportunities available to upskill yourself and position yourself in a higher Management level if wanted.

    The good thingsSince we were taken over by Affinity Education Group we’ve been encouraged to think about our career development plan – I’ve stepped up from Assisting Director to Director / Centre Manager, but that wasn’t right for me, and I still wanted to progress in my career so Affinity offered me a chance to become a part time Education Advisor. This is exciting because I get to work 2 days a week travelling to our other centres and supporting them with their educational programs and Lifelong Learning Curriculum – meeting great people, connecting, sharing knowledge, and developing is an absolute highlight for me. And I still to work 3 days a week at the centre I love.
    The challengesThere is a lot to learn but as long as you keep asking for support it’s there – and the opportunities are exciting.
