    I feel 100% supported in my career.
    The good thingsAffinity has supported me from being a casual educator still studying until now as a Centre Manager, I have grown and learned so much with Affinity's guidance and support.
    The challengesThe sector itself has been challenged with staffing for years now, for me that's the most challenging part is being short-staffed.

    A passionate company that strives to be the best in Early childhood and not only says this but puts actions in place to get to this goal.
    The good thingsI have been in the role of Centre Manager for 18 months and can say that it has been a pleasure. I have been supported from all levels of management and the centre support team which allows me to support my own centre team on a daily basis. They stick to there core values and live and breathe them daily! I particularly love the passion for upskilling there own teams and promoting from within.
    The challengesThe daily challenges that is Early Childhood, but Affinity do support in everyway they can!
