Overworked, unsupported, and favoritism is far too noticeable. Many duties for only certain people.
The good thingsThere is very little positive to say about the workplace culture. The environment is extremely toxic, with noticeable favoritism and poor leadership practices. Many staff members have resigned as a result of ongoing issues involving the deputy and the learning coordinator including me.
The challengesThe workload is excessive and unrealistic. Since moving to a new school, I’ve realised how manageable and balanced a workload can actually be.
