    lack of professionalism. Seems as the workers are only there to start issues and not there to work.

    really fast paced but it teaches you to work under pressure.

    The challengesWorking at Aldi is fast paced and physically demanding. Management can be strict and training is quick too so it can feel overwhelming. at times it can feel like your micro managed which doesn't feel very great.
