    The good thingsSample Prep and Fire Assay have great people to work with. Fire Assay trains you extremely well and they care a lot about safety, work-life balance and correct work procedures.
    The challengesThe salary is way below the industry average, which causes low motivation and a high turnover. I can say it is even expected in Sample Prep that you won't stay for long.

    The challengesPoorly trained staff with no work ethic let you down often which increases your work load. No recognition/benefit for the good workers.

    The good thingsSimple and easy jobs to do and well-organized company and managers, co-workers were so kind.. I love this company and my friends so much!
