Great place to work and great place for children
The good thingsThe management team is very supportive and friendly, always coming to our rescue when needed and supporting educators to improve their practices. A great amount of resources is provided to work with the children. Opportunity for training in Montessori and staff development is provided. But the best of all is the actual respect for the children. The team ensure all children are supported and safe while in their care.
The challengesLike any other place, there are a group of staff that usually don't contribute much and sometimes spread gossip.

The good thingsWhat I like the most about working in childcare is seeing the children grow and develop each day. It’s amazing to be part of their learning journey – whether it's watching them say a new word, make a friend, or learn how to do something for the first time. I love building strong, trusting relationships with the children and helping them feel safe, happy, and confident. Every day is different, and I really enjoy the energy, creativity, and joy that children bring to the environment.
The challengesOne challenge in childcare is managing difficult behavior. It can be stressful, but I stay patient and use positive guidance to help children learn and express themselves appropriately.
