Used to be good. Used to be fun.
The good thingsThe beautiful campus and location are a big plus. They used to have great support for teachers (not anymore, unfortunately). The teaching resources organised on the online portal are first-rate - they make planning lessons a dream. There's lots of opportunities for extra project work and quick growth if you know how to play the game.
The challengesSenior management is very good at pretending like they care about their staff and their students. They're good at pretending like they listen to their staff and students. They're also good at pretending like they care about quality and compliance. It's a toxic environment. Stay away if you value your mental health.
